Q1 2025 Latin America Art and Design Apps Performance on Unified Platform

In the first quarter of 2025, the top-performing art and design applications in Latin America exhibited notable trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a look at the performance of the top five apps based on data from Sensor Tower.

Canva: AI Photo & Video Editor experienced a consistent increase in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $1.2M at the beginning of the quarter and peaking at around $1.8M by mid-March. Weekly downloads showed a strong upward trend, reaching nearly 1.1M by the end of March. Active users also grew steadily, climbing from about 30.3M to over 42.3M.

Genius: AI Photo Generator saw a slight fluctuation in weekly revenue, with a noticeable spike to $2.5K at the end of March. Downloads surged dramatically, especially in the final week, reaching over 2.3M. Active users followed a similar upward trajectory, peaking at 2.2M.

Adobe Express: AI Photo, Video maintained a stable weekly revenue, fluctuating around $9K. Download numbers varied, with a peak of 265K in late February. Active users showed some fluctuations but generally remained above 800K.

AR Drawing - Sketchar App reported modest weekly revenue, with a peak of $512 in late March. Downloads increased significantly mid-quarter, reaching a high of 344K. Active users consistently grew, peaking at approximately 1.2M.

Finally, ibis Paint X showed stable revenue trends, hovering around $5K. Downloads were highest in mid-March at 264K, while active users fluctuated slightly, peaking at just over 10M.
